Sky padded up next to me, licking my ears and twining my tail in hers.
"All family, gone…" I whispered.
Sky nodded, melancholy, and lay down next to me.
Slash appeared at the other side.
"We need to get moving," he meowed loudly, "We can't just stay here forever,"
Sky dragged herself to her feet.
"I suppose so," she sighed, "Come on, Faith,"
I stood up, slower than Sky, shaking my pelt.
"Let's go," I meowed half-heartedly.
Slash was licking his paws when he pricked his ears up and started sniffing the air.
"Water… willow… paradise!" he bounded off after his nose, forcing us to follow
